Grynch brings more Seattle to Soundset 2012
To most fans of Rhymesayers artist Grieves, the name Grynch shouldn’t be completely unfamiliar…the artist known as Grynch has been making it happen in Seattle, Washington since 2006 and has collaborated and played with Seattle artists like Macklemore, Grieves & Budo, Jake One, Blue Scholars, and has shared the stage with Nas and many more!
Soundset 2012 is sure to be another great addition to this rapper’s resume and he continues to make noise in the independent rap community. His newest release Perspective boasts features from RSE’s own Brother Ali as well as production on several tracks from Jake One. Needless to say, the Soundset crowd is sure to love what Grynch has to offer this year! You can pick up the new album today via iTunes or Bandcamp. Soundset ‘12 will be his first time returning to Minnesota since playing in November 2011 with Blue Scholars and Soundset 2012 artist Bambu as well as rocking the 7th St. Entry in late 2010 with Grieves & Budo.
